BGB Moving Debuts New Truck at the Downtown Wilmington Christmas Parade

The holiday season is all about community, connection, and a little extra cheer, and this year, Big Green Box Moving was proud to be part of the Downtown Wilmington Christmas Parade with our newly branded Big Green Box truck making its festive debut.

As the parade rolled through Downtown Wilmington, our bright green truck (and friendly crew) helped spread holiday spirit while officially introducing Big Green Box Moving to the local community. Decked out for the season and easy to spot, the truck represented more than just a new look; BGB Moving at the Downtown Wilmington Christmas parade marked an exciting new chapter rooted in care, transparency, and giving back.

Participating in local events like the Downtown Wilmington Christmas Parade is an important part of who we are. As a Wilmington-based moving company, we believe showing up for our neighbors goes beyond moving boxes, it’s about being present, supporting local traditions, and celebrating the communities we serve. Seeing familiar faces, waving to families along the route, and sharing smiles reminded us why community involvement matters so much.

The parade also gave us a chance to introduce Sprout, our friendly frog mascot, who represents renewal, optimism, and leaving a lighter footprint wherever we go. Just like the season itself, Sprout is all about fresh starts and spreading a little joy along the way.

We’re grateful to the Wilmington community for welcoming us and making the event such a memorable experience. This parade is just the beginning, we look forward to participating in more local events, give-back campaigns, and community partnerships as we continue moving forward together.
